Call prospects once they engage - an open, a reply, a LinkedIn accept. Structured conversations with VPs at large US companies, not 200 cold dials into a wall.
Keep the System Tight
Log every touch in real time, keep follow-ups on schedule, and join a 30-minute Friday review of the week's numbers.
Who You'd Be Reaching
You would be the dedicated SDR on a single enterprise SaaS account in the customer-experience and contact-centre software space. The buyers are VP and Head-of level in Customer Experience, Contact Centre, Digital and Compliance at banks, insurers, healthcare companies, telecoms and utilities.
Everything around you is built: signal-anchored account lists, campaign briefs every two weeks, email and LinkedIn infrastructure, a dialer, Sales Navigator, and an ops team on Slack.
The Details
Part-Time, Mon-Fri
20 hours/week during US East Coast business hours.
Base + Bonus
Monthly USD base with a performance bonus on agreed KPIs. Paid bi-weekly.
100% Remote
South Africa preferred. Work from anywhere with a stable connection.
You're a fit if
- 3+ years of B2B outbound, at least some of it selling to enterprise or corporate buyers
- You can hold a structured conversation with a VP without a script
- You handle "we already have a vendor" without folding
- Fluent, confident spoken English on US calls
- Quiet room, stable fibre or LTE, good headset, backup power
- Consistently available 20 hrs/week in US Eastern hours
You're not a fit if
- Your outbound experience is email-only or LinkedIn-only and the phone makes you nervous
- You want to grow into closing inside this seat - this role is top-of-funnel
- You need daily supervision to keep activity up
